Do I have to pay to use Vent?
No. Posting, live streaming, following, liking, commenting and gifting are all free. You only pay when you want to sell in a storefront (a Business plan) or publish ebooks and courses (an Ebook creator plan), or get a verification badge.
What is VenCoin and why are prices in coin?
VenCoin is Vent's in-app currency and the source of truth for all balances and payments. Plans, badges and payouts are settled in coin from your wallet; we also show an approximate value in your local currency where a live rate is available.
How does the verification badge work?
The blue badge is a one-off monthly VenCoin fee (not a plan tier). Paying it verifies your business or creator profile for a month, raises your content-creator level, and renews from your wallet. You can stop any time by not renewing.
How do creators earn on ebooks and courses?
Readers pay for your works in VenCoin and you keep 75% of every sale — Vent takes a 25% platform commission. Your plan sets your works, storage, upload-size and bandwidth quotas.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly from your VenCoin wallet and renew automatically while you have a balance. Upgrade, downgrade or stop renewing at any time — there are no long-term contracts.
