Terms of Service — Vent by Vendorstack

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vent by Vendorstack (“Vent”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Platform Use

Vent is a social commerce platform allowing creators and businesses to post content, sell products, run ads, and receive payments. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Posting unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
Attempting to circumvent security or access controls
Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or financial fraud
Impersonating other users or entities

4. Payments & Wallet

All financial transactions on Vent are processed through our approved payment partners. VenCoin (VCN) is an internal unit of value used within the platform and has no monetary value outside of Vent. Withdrawals are subject to our payout schedule and applicable verification requirements.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on Vent, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

6. Subscriptions & Fees

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
