How do I sign up?
Tap 'Get Started' on the homepage or download the Vent mobile app. Registration takes under 2 minutes — just your name, email, and a password.
What is VenCoin?
VenCoin (VC) is Vent's internal currency used for gifting, tipping, subscriptions, and settling payments. You can fund your wallet in Naira and spend globally in VenCoin.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept card payments via Paystack (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD, and wallet balance (VenCoin). Creators can withdraw earnings directly to their Nigerian bank account.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Vent never stores raw card details. All card payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor.
How do creators earn money?
Creators earn through live stream gifts, subscriber fees, post tips, product sales, ad revenue shares, affiliate commissions, and the Creator Verification Badge bonus — among other channels.
How do I start selling on Vent?
Create a Business Account under your profile, add your products, and share your store link. Customers can find and buy directly from your storefront or through the Vent marketplace.
How do I report a problem or get help?
Visit our Support page or email [email protected]. For urgent issues, use the in-app report button on any post, product, or profile.
Can I use Vent from outside Nigeria?
Vent is currently optimised for Nigeria but open to users across Africa. VenCoin settlements work globally, and we're expanding payment options to more countries soon.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Note: any outstanding wallet balance should be withdrawn before deletion.
